The process of buying the apartment . was made so simple.Everything that was explained to myself and my husband was carried out to the tee We actually bought the apartment looking at it on their website. They also explained to us the process of giving Teresa, one of the Directors, power of attorney to sign on our behalf. This again was made very simple. Everything was done for us from collecting us from our apartment, to taking us to Arrecife to the Notary. Now I am getting them to let our apartment for six months as I have every confidence in their ability.

The tranquility of the sea shown in the view from the terrace looked amazing. I called into the Property Warehouse the next morning and met Michelle & Fiona. I arranged to view with Michelle and fell in love with the view immediately. Michelle was very confident in her work and very pleasant. She put the offer in to the owners, and after some negotiation we reached an agreeable price for the apartment. The process of buying was very easy and Teresa was very competent for all financial dealings and at the notary.
